How it works
Before we meet, you tell me who is in the room and what eats their weeks. I match workflows to roles ahead of time: board prep for the superintendent, staff communication for principals, compliance calendars for special services, whatever the actual seats need.
In the session, each leader sets up on their own account with me walking the room. We work on your documents, your calendar, your board cycle. By the end, every member of the team has their first workflows running and knows how to add the next one.
Then 2 virtual follow-ups in the weeks after, because the questions that matter show up once people are using the systems on a normal Tuesday.

Districts receive an invoice and W-9. Purchase orders welcome. Many districts fund this through Title II Part A professional development budgets; check with your business office.
